What sticks to Wasatch glass
Wasatch Front glass does not get dirty in one way. The season and the side of the building change what is on the pane.

Inversion film
Winter inversions leave a dull film on exterior glass from Ogden to Provo. It is not a fingerprint and it does not rinse off in a light storm. Exterior window cleaning is what takes it off. Interior glass can look fine while the outside looks smoked.
Dust and wind
Valley dust settles on west-facing panes. At the Point of the Mountain, around Draper and Lehi, wind adds more of it. A house aimed at the view shows this faster than a pane on a side street, because you are looking through a larger piece of glass.
Hard water
Sprinklers along the Wasatch Front throw mineral water onto ground-floor glass. It dries into spots. Tell us if that is the pane you care about. It is a different kind of dirty than dust, and it is usually the lower windows.
Construction dust and summer bugs
New buildings hold construction dust on the glass and in the tracks. The first wash after a build is heavier than a maintenance visit. Say the building is new.
Summer adds bug film, especially on the west side of Utah Valley, closer to the lake. Provo and Orem see it. A spring wash does not cover August. If that is the problem, say the season when you call (801) 395-4650.

The work
- Commercial window cleaningStorefronts, offices, and glass entries. The front of the building is what people see first, so that glass gets clear.
- Multi-story window cleaningWater-fed poles for the reach, and a lift when the glass sits higher. Downtown facades and long commercial runs.
- Interior window cleaningLobbies, sliders, and the panes you stand next to. Clean from the inside, edges included.
- Residential window cleaningHomes from Ogden to Provo. The same care as the commercial work, on a house.
