Salt Lake County · Wasatch Front
Salt Lake City is the commercial center of the route. Downtown glass, neighborhood storefronts, and houses from the Avenues to the west side.
Downtown and the business streets are mid-rise facades, lobby entries, and long runs of office glass. Winter inversion leaves a film on the outside. Lobby glass gets handprints no matter the weather. Storefronts in Sugar House, on State Street, and along 400 South are the same standard, at a smaller scale.
A water-fed pole handles the reach from the ground. A lift is for glass that sits higher. If a tower is taller than a lift can do, say that when you call. We will tell you if it is our work before anyone drives.
Houses in the Avenues, Sugar House, 9th and 9th, Liberty Wells, and the west-side neighborhoods are residential work on the same route. Warehouse conversions with tall glass are closer to commercial, and we treat them that way.
Interior panes, sliders, and the glass you stand next to are washed when the job includes the inside. Edges included.
Salt Lake sits between Bountiful and Sandy on the drive from Ogden to Provo. Most of the commercial work on the Wasatch Front passes through this part of the route.
Yes. Downtown facades a pole or a lift can reach, plus storefronts and offices in neighborhoods like Sugar House. If the building is taller than that, tell us and we will say whether we can do it.
Yes. Residential window cleaning is part of the route, from the Avenues to the valley neighborhoods. Commercial buildings remain the main work.
