The route
Window cleaning from Ogden to Provo
Ten cities on the Wasatch Front. Commercial buildings first, houses on the same route. Pick the city the glass is actually in.
Weber County
Ogden
25th Street storefronts, offices along Washington Boulevard, and houses from the valley floor up the bench. Ogden is the north end of the route.
Davis County
Layton
Retail glass on Antelope Drive, commercial buildings toward Hill Field Road, and houses in the neighborhoods between them. Layton sits in the middle of the Davis County stretch.
Davis County
Farmington
Station Park is a lot of storefront glass in one place. The rest of Farmington is Main Street and houses on the bench, many of them built for the view.
Davis County
Bountiful
Bountiful still has a real Main Street, and houses that climb the bench for the view. The glass on both is on the route between Farmington and Salt Lake.
Salt Lake County
Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City is the commercial center of the route. Downtown glass, neighborhood storefronts, and houses from the Avenues to the west side.
Salt Lake County
Sandy
South Towne retail glass, commercial fronts along State Street and 10600 South, and two-story houses toward the east bench. Sandy is the south end of Salt Lake County on this route.
Salt Lake County
Draper
Wind at the Point of the Mountain throws dust at glass. Draper is office campuses, retail by the freeway, and tall windows on the east-side houses.
Utah County
Lehi
Lehi is office glass. Campuses around Thanksgiving Point and Traverse Mountain, retail along the freeway, and new houses going in beside them.
Utah County
Orem
State Street and University Place are the commercial glass. The rest of Orem is houses, including the benches toward the canyon where the view is the point of the window.
Utah County
Provo
Provo is the south end of the route. Downtown brick and Center Street glass, neighborhoods around campus, and larger homes toward the river and the bench.
