Commercial window cleaning

Commercial window cleaning is the main work. A storefront on a downtown street, an office entry tenants use every morning, a long run of panes on a retail front. People judge the building before they open the door.

Ground-floor glass is washed by hand, edges included. Upper exterior glass is a water-fed pole. When the pane sits higher than a pole can do cleanly, the work moves to a lift. If the building is taller than that, say so. We will tell you if it is our job.

A storefront that people touch usually wants a regular stop, weekly or every other week. Offices often go longer, about monthly, unless the lobby faces a sidewalk. Weather on the Wasatch Front changes it: inversion film in winter, dust and bugs in summer.

One-time washes are fine. Say which you want when you call. There is no package to decode. Tell us the city, the building, and how often the glass should be clean.

The route runs from Ogden to Provo: Layton, Farmington, Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, Lehi, and Orem in between. Each city has its own notes. The work is the same standard the whole way.
